The following questions are a guideline for selecting ideas, assessing their impact and creating a plan of action.
Questions for evaluating ideas
- Which ideas can be implemented by us or in cooperation with others? (There is no use to waste time in discussing issues, which are out of your control or competence).
- Which of the selected ideas have to be implemented immediately? Which ones soon? Which one at some point in the future?
- What will be positive and negative aspects of implementing the idea?
- Who will support the idea’s implementation? Who might be be opposed to it?
- What problems and side effects might you face when implementing the idea?
- What are first steps to ensure that the idea’s implementation will be moved forward?
- What will be our plan of action? What has to be done? By when? Who will be responsible?
