Outline

At the end of a course participants write letters to themselves in which they highlight what they have gained from the course and what they would like to apply in their own life/work. They put the letters in envelopes, write down their addresses, put stamps on the letters, and give them to the teacher. A month later, the teacher posts the letters to the participants.

Variation

If the course takes place over a longer period of time, the letters can be used as a reminder for an assignment or homework.
