Outline
First, identify the subject that will be analysed, for example, the course or a part of the course, a participant’s working conditions, or any other product or service you wish to improve.
Each participant receives an (imaginary) pile of mud to sling at the chosen subject. Whoever can think of an aspect that is unsatisfactory or calls for improvement, states it to the group. All of these statements are listed on a board or flip chart.
Comment
The gained information offers a good basis for considering how to improve or develop a service, product, or action.
